Skool24x7 is a brand operated by Jayanta Das, Proprietor of MedMatrix, a sole proprietorship business.

References to "Skool24x7", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Jayanta Das, Proprietor of MedMatrix, operating the Skool24x7 brand.

Skool24x7 provides subscription-based membership access to online content, community features, educational resources and other benefits described on the applicable membership plan.

The exact benefits included with each membership are displayed on the relevant membership page before purchase.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your membership account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Membership access is personal to the registered member and must not be shared, transferred, resold or otherwise made available to unauthorized persons.

Memberships may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, annual or other billing cycle as displayed on the applicable membership plan.

By subscribing to a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring payments according to the selected billing frequency and the terms presented during checkout.

The applicable price, billing frequency and membership benefits will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable membership plan, recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your recurring membership according to the cancellation procedure described on the website.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already commenced, except where a refund is required under our Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.

Membership access begins after successful payment and account activation.

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

• Payment fails or is reversed;
• The membership expires or is cancelled;
• The member violates these Terms;
• The member shares account credentials;
• The member engages in abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
• The member misuses the platform or membership benefits.

Members must behave respectfully and lawfully within the Skool24x7 community.

Members must not:

• Harass or threaten other members;
• Post unlawful or abusive content;
• Spam members;
• Promote unrelated businesses without permission;
• Attempt to obtain other members' personal information;
• Share private member content outside the community;
• Circumvent membership restrictions; or
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

All Skool24x7 content, branding, materials, videos, documents, graphics, community resources and other materials provided through the membership are owned by or licensed to the business unless otherwise stated.

Membership does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to the member.

Members may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit member-only content without written permission.

Refunds and cancellation requests are handled according to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please review that policy before purchasing a membership.

We may update membership content, features, community areas or benefits from time to time.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall value and functionality of the membership.

Future subscription periods may be subject to pricing changes.

Where applicable, members will be informed of material pricing changes before they take effect.

You may not use Skool24x7 for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms or applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.

Skool24x7 provides educational, informational and community resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership content should not be considered professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the membership platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
