Account information: name, email address, phone number (optional), password (hashed), profile photo, bio, and locale/timezone.

Content you provide: posts, comments, reactions, messages, course submissions, and files you upload.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, XP/streak activity, device and browser information, and IP address.

Payment data: we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international); we retain only transaction references, amounts, and status.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service (communities, courses, events, chat, gamification).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via our payment partners.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, notifications) and, where you've opted in, product updates.

• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Other users — your profile, posts, and community activity are visible per the community's privacy settings (public or private).
• Service providers — payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal), email delivery, cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), and hosting/database providers (Supabase, Railway/Vercel), each bound by their own data-protection obligations.
• Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of skool24x7, our users, or the public.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

skool24x7 is based in India, with infrastructure and service providers that may process data outside your home country, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where our hosting and payment partners operate. We take steps to ensure your data remains protected wherever it is processed.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
