Refund & Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their recurring membership using the cancellation method provided by Skool24x7 or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will normally prevent the next recurring charge.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership plan or required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period.

Refund eligibility depends on the membership plan and the circumstances of the request.

Any applicable refund terms will be displayed on the membership purchase page or otherwise communicated before purchase.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.

If a recurring payment fails, membership access may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully completed.

The payment provider may automatically retry failed recurring payments where supported by the applicable payment method and mandate.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same membership period, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

We will investigate and, where a duplicate charge is confirmed, process the appropriate refund.

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately and also contact your payment provider where appropriate.

Membership may be suspended or terminated for serious violations of our Terms & Conditions, including account sharing, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or misuse of member-only content.

Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
